The City Underground Festival San Francisco

The first annual City Underground festival, a celebration of life and living it to the fullest took place last weekend at Fort Mason Center on the Bay of SF, sponsored by Rudboyz Presents and Reality Check TV! This show was a fantastic celebration of the enduring spirit of the diverse and underground culture, with huge national and local names in music, skateboarding, and tattooing.
The skate portion of the festival was co-produced by World Cup Skateboarding. The World Cup has not held an amateur contest in SF for nine years and TCUF marks it’s triumphant return. The competition was judged by Matt Milligan, Dave Duran, Mike Crum, and Toad and hosted 35 of the best amateur skaters in the country.
Out to Sea Tattoo Care presented the Tattoo area with Idle Hand, Let It Bleed, Lefty’s Tattoo, Black and Blue, Moms, and Mark of the Tiki, who sent their best artists to sink some ink on festival attendees.
Along with all the grinds and ink getting thrown down, the legendary punk bands, THE ADOLESCENTS and CIRCLE JERKS performed.
Here are some visual highlights from the day...
